We are developing quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Our next-generation computing machines will solve problems in chemistry, logistics and finance, among others, that cannot be cracked with the best supercomputers. The technology is clear, investors are convinced – now we are looking for more innovative people with team spirit who have the same passion in building our company as we do.

For this purpose, we are looking for a (SENIOR) MANAGER PEOPLE, CULTURE & MARKETING (m/f/d).

Responsibilities/What will you be doing?

  • Owning our company’s HR, recruiting, and employer branding functions
  • Building a long-term people and culture strategy while designing efficient day-to-day HR processes
  • Managing the entire candidate experience cycle from attracting great talent via an inspiring employer brand, ensuring an insightful interview process, and supporting the company in selecting the best individuals for the next wave of growth
  • Being the contact person for our employees and management team for all employee topics
  • Managing our employer brand by researching, deciding on, and implementing a strategy embedded in our external communication channels while working closely with our marketing partners


Required/What skills do you need?

  • Successfully completed Business, Psychology, Communication, HR studies or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of HR, employer branding, or management consulting
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team, to initiate and work on projects in an agile and independent manner
  • Very strong communication skills
  • An empathetic, collaborative, and servant leadership mentality
